Pupils who have left The Lloyd Williamson Schools for pastures new have moved to a variety of schools, some local and others further afield. More recently, there has been a high uptake to our new Upper School department, Titans (Year 7) and Giants (Year 8). Entrance Examinations We offer the opportunity for pupils to remain at the Lloyd Williamson Schools until the end of Year 9. However, for those parents who wish to place their child in a different school at 11+, we offer specific coaching in preparation for entrance examinations to the schools of their choice.
Parents are given the opportunity to discuss the process of secondary school transfer and are supported throughout the whole process.
Whilst we do not advocate tutoring children, we consider coaching on examination technique to be imperative to their learning experience in the year preceding the examinations. In addition, we also offer coaching in interview technique.
