Music

We offer music lessons which include a broad programme of singing, music history, experience of a wide range of genres and individual/group instrument tuition. These lessons are provided by music specialists.

 

The children are given the opportunity to express themselves through role-play and improvisation in dedicated Drama lessons.

 

Children have the opportunity to play in fresh air throughout the year – either in the School’s outside play area, The Venture Centre (a purpose-built and enclosed outdoor adventure playground), or at St. Marks Park.  All children have regular indoor and outdoor Physical Education lessons, which encompass many sports taught by a specialist teacher. In the Spring Term, all children in the main school attend weekly swimming lessons.

 

The School is proud of its football team and encourage children to be involved in team-games from varied disciplines
